The Review that Made the Hat Trick

Quick and easy… probably the quickest and easiest yet.

Almost nothing for customization… Two pictures up top, no color themes, etc… (It is supposed to be for flash drives, though.)

Here’s a picture of KoolCal in action. Simple, huh?

Yes, I’m considering three reviews in a day to be a hat trick.

Anyway, KoolCal is a calendar program that’s quick and easy. I like that, if you haven’t found out already. You download it, you run the setup, you open it, and you’re set.

It’s useful, too! To mark a date, click it, and type in what you want. When you’re finished, the day turns green to show that something’s happening. The red day is the current date.

Other than that, you can change the picture at the top… there’s only two pictures, and you can’t upload your own. That’s a downside. You can also have it delete notes on dates that have past, or always stay on top. Simple… and the only advertisement is an out-of-the-way link to Freewaregarden.net, where it’s hosted.

According to them, it also doesn’t store anything outside of their directory, and it doesn’t write entries in the registry. They allow commercial and personal use and sharing so long as the coding stays untouched.

You can download KoolCal at Freewaregarden.net
